The unadulterated joy of finding something you’ve been searching for stuffed in a closet full of crap at an estate sale is a joy I was lucky enough to experience this morning. $1. It goes nicely with the $12,000 Wurlitzer synth organ we scored for free yesterday (!!!). 

The four leaf clover I found last week is really paying dividends.

My low-internet life suits me well. I sing for a band now. My first show with them is probably on Tuesday. 

I saw Alice Cooper last night and he was great. 

I got A’s in both of my classes.

I don’t know what I’m going to do once the pool closes. 

I can’t explain it. 

The photographic benefits of living on a hill are apparent and intoxicating. The Lomography F+ lens for DSLRs makes any set of lights look like a galaxy. I love it. 

Let me preface this with an apology: yes, I just posted a photobooth picture of myself in a bathing suit on my blog. I’m sorry. It’s lame. But you have to understand that not only is swimming hands down my favorite activity ever, but this Marc by Marc Jacobs swimsuit that I found on super sale is the only first hand piece of clothing I’ve purchased since we moved back - and I finally get to wear it! And I love it! Happy summer! 

I’ve finally launched my Etsy store. Its only 15 items so far but I’ll be adding new stuff daily for a few weeks. If you find something you like, let me know. Free shipping for you awesome Tumblr followers. But maybe wait until I put more stuff up. 

I’m itching to get the Etsy store up, so against my better judgement I decided to model just so I have enough stuff shot for the shop. The dress and the purse will be among the first launched.
